Nature of Services
Parakletos Family Solutions provides homeschool enrichment, educational support, and parent-directed learning support services for homeschool and PEP families.
Services may include:
- Home Education Instructional Program support
- Small-group homeschool enrichment
- Individualized academic support
- Educational enrichment activities
- Financial literacy courses
- Parent consultation and homeschool guidance
Our programs are designed to supplement and enrich parent-directed education in a peaceful and supportive learning environment.
Parent-Directed Education
Parakletos Family Solutions is not a private school.
Families remain fully responsible for:
- Curriculum selection
- Educational oversight
- Student records
- Home education compliance
- Any legal homeschool requirements
Participation in our programs does not transfer educational responsibility from the parent or legal guardian to Parakletos Family Solutions.
Program Participation
Students participating in our Home Education Instructional Program remain registered homeschool or PEP students under the direction of their parent or legal guardian.
Programs are designed to provide:
- Educational enrichment
- Guided academic support
- Structured learning opportunities
- Small-group collaboration
- Supplemental educational assistance
In-Person Programs
Our Home Education Instructional Program and homeschool enrichment services are provided in person at our designated learning location in San Antonio, Florida.
Select parent consultation services may be offered virtually based on availability.
Tuition & Fees
Current tuition and fee information is available on our Tuition & Fees page and is subject to change with notice.
Registration fees are non-refundable and reserve a student’s placement in the program.
Monthly tuition reserves a student’s scheduled placement and is due according to the agreed payment schedule.
Attendance & Parent Communication
Families are encouraged to maintain open communication regarding attendance, scheduling concerns, and student needs.
Parents remain responsible for:
- Monitoring their student’s educational progress
- Maintaining homeschool compliance
- Providing curriculum materials when applicable
- Communicating important educational or medical information
Learning Environment
Parakletos Family Solutions strives to maintain a peaceful, respectful, and family-centered learning environment.
Students are expected to:
- Treat others respectfully
- Participate appropriately
- Follow safety guidelines
- Respect the learning environment and materials
Repeated disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in dismissal from the program at the discretion of Parakletos Family Solutions.
Educational Support Disclaimer
Parakletos Family Solutions provides supplemental educational support and homeschool enrichment designed to complement parent-directed education.
We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, grade-level advancement, or educational results.
Liability
Parents and guardians acknowledge that participation in educational activities involves normal risks associated with group learning environments.
By participating in programs and services, families agree to release and hold harmless Parakletos Family Solutions, its owners, staff, and representatives from liability for injuries, damages, losses, or accidents except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Medical & Emergency Information
Parents or guardians are responsible for providing accurate emergency contact and medical information prior to participation in programs or activities.
In the event of a medical emergency, reasonable efforts will be made to contact the parent or guardian immediately.
Photography & Media
Occasionally, photographs or videos may be taken during educational activities for promotional or educational purposes.
Parents may opt out of media usage by providing written notice.
Changes to Services & Policies
Parakletos Family Solutions reserves the right to modify programs, schedules, policies, tuition, or services as necessary.
Families will be notified of significant changes when applicable.
